Personal

I’m a 21 year old small business owner. I like to read, write, work on my cars (and trucks), design websites, tinker, and passionately pursue the path of my own choosing. Most of my time spent during business hours is devoted to my web hosting company, ChaseHosting.com. As my more-than-fulltime job, it has come a long way in the 3 years I have been in business. I thoroughly enjoy being my own boss and I look forward to the freedom and opportunities it will open for my life.

I’m not rich. I don’t make that that much money. I make enough to cover my bills and sometimes have a little left over to put into my various endeavors or save for the future. I plan my moves carefully, and I can do without the newest $50 dollar gadget or $25 dollar shirt. I’d rather save my money and make my own, ha! No but really, I have lot of dreams and goals for my life.

Sometimes I believe other people think unkindly of this. At least in my area of the world (Southern California), I swear people want you to fail. They would rather sit around talking about what they should do or have, in hopes it will just fall into their laps, rather than watch one of their friends or acquaintances actually go for it and succeed. Let the haters hate.

I realized early on in life that nothing is going to be handed to you. If you want something, you need to do what you can to acquire it. Now, don’t misinterpret, I’m not talking strictly about material items. That would be a bit shallow of me, and you’d be completely missing the point. If there’s anything in your life you want, you need to visualize the steps you’d need to take to get there, and then apply it in your life. I’ve done this on several occasion to varying success. You can’t control what happens in life but you can do all thats possible to set yourself up for good things. Work hard towards what you want and, always have a backup plan.
