I opened Nero to burn a CD today and was faced with a windows error report screen. Every time I would try to open Nero it would crash just past the loading screen. When the error report came up I clicked more info to investigate the problem. I found bcgcbpro730.dll was the cause of the crash and began searching for a solution.
I’ve had customers who have either bought a Mac system used or forgotten their login credentials. I was able to reset the user accounts on the system by booting the system into Single User mode (boot system while holding down APPLE+S) then using the following in the command line:

Several of my customers have had their Optical Drive (CD/DVD) disappear from their My Computer after uninstalling or installing a program. It can also be caused by some virii so be aware.
For anyone out there who downloaded the newest pirated whatever and has no clue what do with the unknown files. Most of the time, when someone shares a file, it is compressed or in a contained format (iso, bin/cue, nrg, cd image, etc.).
