CoolMaster Automotive is my parents’, Lynn and Shelly Gassert, automotive repair business. They have very loyal customers and manage to stay busy even when other shops are sweeping floors and waiting for someone to show up. I’ve never seen a day that my dad can leave even an hour after the shop closing hours. I’m glad my dad finally bit the bullet and quit his old job as a marine engineer, he has always had a passion for cars and is too smart of a guy to be working for someone else. They wanted me to do the company site, because obviously 1, I’m their kid. But also because they know that I do quality work and it would look better than 99% of their competition’s websites. I have more plans for their website but my time has been limited by other projects so I haven’t been able to do as much to it lately as I’d like. Look for several revisions during the course of 07!
One of my newest projects. I’m redoing two websites for my friend Jeremy Johnson. 983 Clothing is a popular local clothing company that promotes the desert lifestyle with a christian basis. WeldTec is Jeremy’s fabrication shop. They specialize in building long travel off-road suspension for trucks and buggies. I’ve been to the shop several times and seen them build top-quality stuff. I would definitely trust them with building my offroad truck. In fact, payment for the two websites is a new front-end for my 98 Ranger!
This is a website I colloborated with Michael of Method Enterprises on. I did all of the design and template, and most content in exchange for credit towards my server fees. There was some miscommunication on the project and we both learned through the ordeal and resolved the matter. The site came out well after all was said and done. As agreed to, my design logo does not appear on this site as it was sold to his customer and he did not want my branding to be present.
